       In the modern world it has become for each and every individual to have a nice dwelling in their life time. But, God decides where we have to live ? Let us consider the parameters to find out what type of dwelling an individual will have according to their horoscope.

       To find out whether the dwelling of an individual is either in the village or in town, is decided by the 12^th bava. The 4^th house represents dwelling, house, mother education  and the type of place

       If the ascendant lord is a powerful deity planet like Jupiter, then the dwelling will be in a holy place such as, near to the temple. If a strong Venus is in 12^th house then the dwelling will be in the City or Town, where people live in a luxurious manner.

             First of all, we must analyze a  chart, weather the chart is full of benefic energy or of malefic energy. In this chart, Saturn and the Sun are in their Own house. The aspect of Saturn and Mars on Lagna make it  more powerful. Jupiter in the Ascendant , Moon is in its exalted position. Venus, the Lord of Ascendant Is a benefic. As Venus and Moon are in mutual displacement, this gives bad effects. As both are with equal strength, the life is full of struggles.

 Moreover,  no strong Planet should be in the 8^th bava. If it is so the life of the native will be filled with full of struggles and difficulties. As such the strong position of Moon and Jupiter are useless and the native will not have any auspicious results during the Major and sub-period of this two Planets. So, by seeing the positions of planets, without weighing the bhava strength,  the predictions may go wrong.  Careful reading of Birth chart must be done for accurate predictions.

 In this horoscope Jupiter the lord of viya bhava, is in its own house and as such it is very strong. So, we can assume that the native will have his dwelling in the City. But, native will settle himself in a place other than his birth place.  The other rule is, the 7^th  house is the 8^th  house to 12^th house, and the 7^th house should be vacant or of less strength.  If the 12^th house is stronger than 7^th house, the native will happen to move place to place frequently. Now, let us see that the native is really willing to live in the city or not ?  If the Lagna Lord ,  Lagna , the  12^thLord and 12^th house  all are  strong , then  we can come to a conclusion that the native lives in the city as per his wish.   If the native has a strong horoscope (lagna, lagna lord )with a weak 12^th house then the native will be living in the City,  against his wish.

                                  Lagna lord, Mars is in its exaltation and his depositor Saturn in mutual transfer and in its debilitated sign. At this stage how  a benefic  strength will be obtained by these bhavas ?  But,   as 12^th bhava  is strong, the native will live in city, against his wish.   Lagna in movable sign or in dual sign with Saturn placed in it,  and the 12^th bhava is stronger,  then the native will roam around all over the places and finally live in a suburb.

 In this Chart, the Lagna Lord Sun is in 8^th house and Rahu is in the Lagna, though in an adverse position, both  increases  the bhava strength. Ketu  in sapthama  Kendra , waning Moon  and Jupiter in the  dasama  Kendra  also  enhances  the bhava  strength.   Debilitated Saturn, Sun in 8 (Jupiter’s house) , Mars too,  lost its strength,  because of which the benefic bhava strength is increased. The 12^th Lord  exalted Moon with Jupiter makes the native to live in the City. But, the Rahu in the Lagna will make his life miserable.

              Chart -4

                In this chart, Mars is  in 12^th  in its own bhava . The  Saturn in 4 and the Jupiter in the 2^nd  house. Both exchange their houses mutually. These factors give us the conclusion that the native is so fortunate to live in the City.

               Thus, when you look at the native’s horoscope, you must be able to predict that where the native will live ? will it give him progresses in his life ? or will it bring him down to the earth ?. But Astrologers should keep it in their mind that the planets  combine with the Lagna, will have more strength.

Saturn –

             Exalted Saturn in Libra as ascendant , enhances  bhava bala and the native will be a wanderer and  will be inactive.  He will not worry about others. He will blame others and escape himself. He will give more trouble to others. So,  the native who has Libra as ascendant, with Saturn exalted in it, will not be a good man.

Jupiter – In the same manner, exalted Jupiter and the Cancer become Lagna , the native will definitely reach the heights.  

Chart – 5.

            Libra lagna – Saturn is exalted. In this chart Saturn,  Mercury, Jupiter are exalted, Sun and Venus are in their own houses. Thus this becomes a super  horoscope . This is only because of The  exalted benefic planets Jupiter and Mercury enhances the benefic strength.  As Lagna Lord Venus is in own sign, we consider that it has no bhava strength. In this chart, he 12^th house is strong, we come to the conclusion that the native will live in a City. 

            The 12^th bhava all the time do not give bad effects. Sometime it gives benefic  effects too, when the Lord of that house is a benefic and have some  connection to the Lagna. So we should not under estimate the 12^th bhava,  thinking that it gives  only loses and destroys everything. When  this bhava has full  benefic  strength , people will not ask you to pay back the loan taken from them, they will give loan without any hesitation. If at times, they manage to pay back the old loans, by getting new loans from some other source. More over the bed comforts will be good, because of nice mattress etc. The native will have an uninterrupted sleep after hard work.

            If there is an exalted planet in the 12^th house, the native will live in a decorated high class bun glow. Though 4^thhouse represents  house, 12^th house shows the    superiority 

of   the house.

            If the 12^th house fall in a dual sign and an exalted planet is posited there, the native will live in the city, with all bed comforts, nice sleep, etc. But the house will not be a better house. If the 12^th house fall in  a  fixed sign the native will definitely live in house, where all comforts and facilities exist.

           Venus, the karaka for 4^th house , though represent house, vehicle, all comforts etc, when occupy 8^th house  naturally cause accident too. So we should not think that Venus give benefic  results only. At the same time students  should keep in mind that, when Saturn and Mars are in full strength, Jupiter and Venus do not do good to the native.

          In the above chart, Jupiter is exalted in Kendra is a good position indeed. But, Saturn is exalted in Lagna and aspect the Jupiter in the 10^th house. This reduces  the benefic bhava bala. If the benefic bhava bala is more,  then the native will be born in a good family,  will be respected by the mass , praised by the public  and will have all super qualities of habits.
